I use these in my shoes and sometimes on the bottom of my feet. When placed in my shoes,, they stay in place and aid in pain relief. I prefer to use them on my feet, but it gets expensive.

Maybe I just couldn't figure out how to place them on your feet but can't understand how they are supposed to help your feet from hurting. Really just giving 2 stars in case I did something wrong but I received no help.

Was having foot pain caused by high arches. Podiatrist recommended metatarsal inserts. These work great! Comfortable, can be repositioned in necessary. I recommend you try to remove the insole of your shoe to get the best placement (I didn't know the insole of Mt Rykas cube taken out of the shoe!) Cheap enough you can get a set for each pair of shoes you have. Just got them so not sure of how long they last.
