Excellent way to stay healthy

Easy to Follow - Great Workout!
As an over 50 woman, I have been feeling a lot of aches and pains in my joints and I am no longer able to run/jog anymore. I saw one of Leslie's video's on You Tube and it was great! I ordered this and just received yesterday. I have done the 2 mile session yesterday and today and really worked up a sweat - I can feel all my muscles working, but it is definitely a low impact workout. I will be buying more of her videos!

Home workout
Really love the video. During this pandemic, this dvd video is really convenient and meaningful to continue my workouts at home. This kind of workout is easy and helps me to burn calories.

Leslie, pumped up a bit!
Great work out and especially targets the belly fat. I like that this one really made me sweat but I was very uncomfortable doing the jumps and squats. I’m 63 and a little overweight. It’s probably good for me but it wasn’t her typical low impact and I had to keep finding alternate moves.

I’ve been doing Leslie’s DVD’s for the last 4 years. This one is my favorite so far! I will say though, this one is the hardest out of all the ones I’ve done. It is more high impact compared to the others. It’s the same basic moves (side steps, kicks, knee lifts) and of course walking. She adds in some great moves to target the abdominal area. It’s a 2 mile walk (30 minutes) and then 2 floor sessions for toning (10 minutes each).

Everything about it including the music and the pace made it so easy and enjoyable to do. I actually look forward to doing it rather than dreading it as I’ve done in the past when it comes to exercise

I love, love, love this workout video!!! Have been doing Leslie Sansone's workouts on YouTube & love her workouts... this is exactly what I needed to tone & sculpt my body after a 45 lb. weight loss. Highly recommend any of her workout videos!!!

Dvd di walking (camminata veloce) mai monotono ed easy, per tutti. Ci sono molti esercizi anche per gli addominali e il "core", la parte centrale del tronco. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

I have tried several Keep fit DVD's and found most of them are by women showing you how fit and toned they are and leaving you in no doubt after 5 mins that you won't be getting the DVD out of the box again. However, after reading other reviews on this one, and bearing in mind the excellent price I thought I'd try it. Soooooo glad I did. It's fun, it's easy to follow and there's a huge clock on the screen counting down the time left to do. It takes half an hour out of your day and it leaves you with a good positive attitude, and I feel sure, although it's not as energetic as some, following it regularly will produce positive results. I honestly can't recommend this DVD highly enough. Go on, give it a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed 😀

I love this DVD for the extra moves which target the middle as the title suggests. After a workout, you can also do special mat exercises.
