EXCELLENT TOOL
My 9 year old loves this and will pick this up throughout the day to just play with. I think it is an excellent learning tool which is fun and engaging as well as affordable. My 1st grader can also do some of the functions - I ordered her the +/- one because she really wanted one too. There is a headphone plug in as well as volume control so this would be great for car etc. It has time challenges and levels you select with several options to keep them interested. Be sure you have the required batteries.

Bought this for my 9yo nephew who is in 4th grade. He’s been struggling w/ the higher multiplication factors. This game has made it fun & easy for him to learn. I like that the fast facts don’t keep score but rather time (just like his school homework). He’s gettin* better at improving his time & correct answers. Fun, creative way to get him excited about math. We’ve been playing as a family to challenge one another & keep him engaged. We play every day. Anything that gets my nephew engaged with math on a daily basis is a win to me!
