I purchased this screen protector from Amazon, and my overall experience has been very positive. The product arrived in good packaging and included a complete installation kit with wet and dry wipes, which made the installation process easy and hassle-free. After applying it, the screen clarity and touch response were excellent. The protector felt smooth, and I was happy with its overall quality. However, after around 3 months of use, I noticed that the adhesive started coming off from one side, and the screen protector began lifting slightly. That was disappointing because the rest of the product was performing well. I contacted OpenTech's customer support through email, and they quickly asked me to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. I shared photos of the issue, and their team responded promptly. Although the replacement period had technically expired by the time I reported the issue, they still understood my situation and sent me a replacement screen protector without any hassle. Mistakes can happen with any product, but what really impressed me was how the company handled the issue. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and customer-friendly. Overall, it's a good-quality screen protector backed by excellent after-sales support. I truly appreciate their service and would definitely consider buying from OpenTech again. Highly recommended!

10+ years on Amazon & now I think I should start writing more personal reviews for products & companies that excel at what they do. I've tested many tempered glass screen protectors & finally chose Opentech since 5 years, protecting 5+ devices. 1. S24 ultra fingerprint reader support! - One of the rare tempered glass products on the market that supports ultrasonic fingerprint reader. It's probably due to its razor sharp thinness. Although you'll feel a slight delay in the sensor unlocking your phone, but it's a given when a screen protector is used. I recommend turning on "high sensitivity mode" in the settings for even better experience. Also, delete old fingerprints & register your fingers again after installing the tempered glass. 2. Great edge to edge coverage & superb clarity - To give you a clear picture, I've attached a macro shot of the tempered glass at the edges of my S24 ultra. See for yourselves! The clarity of the HD version of the tempered glass is crystal clear. They sell a privacy version as well which could feel slightly dark due to its privacy film which protects you from other people's gaze while you're using your phone in public but the clarity on that is crystal clear as well. 3. Ultra thin - The old description says 0.33mm thickness, but I think they've improved it a bit further & scaled it down to 0.18mm now. Thinner the glass, faster it breaks on drops & greater is the shock absorption of the impact, away from your phone's screen, protecting it in the process. That's how a good quality tempered glass works. It's supposed to break to protect! 4. Adhesion & bubbles - If you follow all the steps sequentially (clean with isopropyl alcohol pads > dry with microfiber cloth > remove dust with the stickers > align the glass & stick), then you'll see neither bubbles nor dust afterwards. The adhesive used is of good quality as well. 5. Good company , great support - The guys behind the company are a few IT professionals who strive to give a quality product but in the hindsight, the customer service is impeccable. Companies like these deserve attention! They don't make screen protectors for tablets yet & this is the reason why only my tablets don't have opentech screen protectors hahaha! I wish this company growth & I hope they expand soon.

Amazing product..the glass is really premium and the touch and feel too..really more than worth at this price point..Also I had to return the first piece of which they didn’t ask any reason and gave me a free replacement without asking for any reason. Incredible service and product quality! Even after 20days, The seller got my product replaced immediately bcoz of a small crack that showed up bcoz of impact. The screen guard is very smooth and premium and fits perfectly to iPhone 16 and looks great!

Though the glass size wasn't appropriate for my phone model, upon contacting their customer service they offered a replacement. Greatly appreciate their customer service for the quick response! Talking about the glass quality, the glass feels premium (not like the ones we get on local shops), and attracts less smudges, was bubble free too. Moreover, the screen quality wasn't effected, it stayed intact. So overall I am satisfied with the glass quality.

Really Good tempered glasses. The quality is good and it actually protects your device in case of accident. No issue with installation, no bubbles even if you install yourself. Fingerprint sensor also works well. Customer service is great.

The quality of this screen guard is genuinely good The material feels nice and the touch response is smooth However, it does not fit edge-to-edge I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, and the guard is too small for the screen, leaving the edges completely uncovered If the size was perfect, it would be a 5-star product Giving it 3 stars solely because of the fit issue
