I love this, love the variety pack, and honestly compared to store pricing of similar command hooks I was surprised at how much actually comes in the kit. They hold well, my only critique is that the larger velcro type claims to hold over ten lbs and I used two pairs to try to put up a fairly large picture but it almost immediately fell off of the wall, so maybe stick to things 5lbs and under for those. Overall, great buy.

This couldn't hold the picture frame for upto 2 days (the picture frame fell down). Buying this product was a waste of my money since I used some of it and I couldn't return it.

This kit comes with 14 hooks in a variety of sizes to support a range of items up to 5lbs. Command strips are also not new and over time, 3M has certainly tweaked and refined their adhesive to ensure a firm hold by weight (just be sure not to exceed the weight by too large a margin.) Installation is super easy and so is removal. The only notable I have really is that the strips don't perform very well on paper-finished surfaces. This is not the fault of the product, it's just one of it's weaknesses of adhesives and paper in general; the paper fibers are torn from the surface, but they do stick to the strips. The hooks are reusable as well, and you can buy the adhesives strips alone. This kit comes with 10 hanging strips, which is 2 more than the 8 hanging hooks in this kit. The adhesives strips are priced based on size (length) and the weight it can handle (strength of adhesive.) and prices can range anywhere from 46¢ to 96¢ apiece based on pack size. Overall, 3M makes some great adhesive products for home and office use. From tapes to post-it notes to these hanging strips. They're well established, and they're trusted to make quality products. For this reason, they are the standard by which I compare others. The good news is that when items are relatively inexpensive, there's no need to shop around for a competitor with a similar product at a discounted price. This variety pack retails for $21, but currently (at the time of this posting), is on sale for $12 (43% off!) making it about 86¢ per hook and a great deal.

Although we use these in the house, they have proven invaluable for our college aged child, where you cannot use nails or anything that will dry itself to the wall surface. All of the necessary hardware is right in front of you, resulting in easy installation. They are extremely durable, provided you use the proper weight strip for whatever you are hanging. They come in various sizes and weight bearing capabilities. Once your item is up, it creates a perfect appearance that can easily be removed whenever it's time to redecorate. You can only use these once on the wall so plan accordingly.

I use these to hang small drones on the wall. I used the largest hook to hold my 5" drone on the wall. It's been hanging many months without a problem. Make sure the item pulls down on the hook. If an item being hung pulls away from the wall, the adhesive will fail.
