This machine easy to use and to clean, and because the humidity in Michigan can spike without seeming damp, the automatic shut-off feature is critical to me. In addition to the Bee Whisperer being exceptional, so is the customer service. Anytime I've had a question, the engineer who builds the device responds within hours. My only disappointment was that I first purchased one Bee Whisperer, and then a second, when I should have bought the pack of 3 to start.
