I'll say this again. You get what you pay for. This guitar is a cheap guitar. But it's also for my son who is 7 and may not look at it again after a few weeks. So it's perfect. It plays fine after tuning. And I don't freak out when he walks through the door way and bangs it on the trim. He loves it and has no idea it's a cheap guitar. So if you're testing out an instrument and don't know if it will stick, this is perfect. If you want something that is going to have a great sound and last for years, buy something more expensive. If he sticks with it we'll get him something nicer. I like that it comes with a bag, a strap and a pitch pipe. One thing on the strap, the guitar has a hook on one end. But to attach it to the neck I had to loop the other end of the strap with a black shoe lace and then tie it on. Works great.

Really cute and easy to play, but I just got it today and have had to tune it 4 times. I understand this is normal with nylon strings but you have to tune after every song at this point. The tuners don't stay tight enough, I think. This is a student size. See the photos. My full sized is 40" and this one is 36". Sound is nothing like my acoustic but I didn't expect that. Great guitar for a young person to try without a big investment. Easier on my fingers and fits me well as I am 5'1. Will be a good travel guitar for camping.

Guitar is great for the price and holds a tune just fine once the strings have been stretched out. I've been playing 30 years. The trick to getting nylon strings to stay in tune is to stretch them out completely once they are on the guitar. So you string the guitar to tune, stretch by pulling on the strings, tune again, stretch and repeat until they stop stretching. This is something you have to do for any nylon string guitar.

Son loves his guitar. He wanted purple. I think its a rather ugly purple but he likes it. And his music teacher says it plays well so very happy with purchase. Case is so thin it's worthless but the guitar is great for the price.

My daughter loves this; however we got it at Christmas and there must have been a demand. When we took it out of the plastic it appears that it was wrapped when wet, there are plastic marks all over the front of the instrument. There is also a strap that goes on the guitar; however there is no place to attach it.

This guitar is perfect for my 10 year old who is just learning to play. The instructor had never heard of this brand but he liked the sound of it. My daughter was thrilled with the deep purple color. The only downside is that the strings slip and need to be re-tuned frequently, but I don't know if that's common for guitars.

great guitar to learn on. stays in tune after string stretching. doesn't hurt your fingers like metal strings. A+++++

Excellent sound quality for the price. Strings are another story, broke two the first time played.

My daughter loves it for her music class especially the color arrived perfectly and sounds great, just make sure to keep it tuned.

Very solid and affordable beginner's guitar. I'm 24, but very tiny. The size of this guitar is perfect for me.

This guitar will not hold a tune. My son's guitar instructor tried to work with it but it just won't keep the strings tight and in tune and he said it really wasn't a great guitar...

Bought for my 7 year old and the neck broke off within 30 days. He wasn't rough with it, it just cracked.

Missing a strap button. Ugggg...
