This is now part of our "routine" when the colds and ick sets in. My son is in germy elementary school, I swear the kids lick the tables. But even as we are starting to get a little of the ick/cough/nasal congestion - we do 2-3 squirts as needed and it seems to be helping tremendously keep symptoms from escalating and he gets some much needed relief. I also took it, more preventative and I feel I have done a much better job battling the same germs! Added bonus - if he is too far gone with the nasal congestion, we have done the spray while he is in a steam shower, seems to help give him enough relief to fall asleep! Taste is fine, its a little weird tasting, but totally worth it!

Our go to throat spray. I wouldn't mind the propolis being even stronger, but glad something like this is available on the market. Pleasant taste, everybody in the family has no problem using it. Will help throat pain and even take it away if used right away and consistently. Overall good product.

Love this product. I keep this stocked in our cabinets all year round. I will say, it does have a different taste than honey but it's nothing horrible and the taste doesn't last long. I love that it's a natural product vs other over-the-counter products with junk in them.

Absolutely love this product! Whenever I feel a little tickle in my throat or feel a bit clogged in my nose, a few sprays of this and I feel much better for the rest of the day! I actually do love the taste, too. Only downside is that it is a bit expensive, but it's 100% worth it to me!
