DIVINE CHOCOLATE Advent Calendar, 3 OZ

This advent calendar is better than expected. I wish I would have just bought this one straight away.This year was the 1st year on Dec 1st we didn't have an advent calendar due a miscommunication between family. Then our local store sold out in record speeds. So, to Amazon I went looking. Only to be disappointed with many outrageously priced. Most had questionable chocolates arriving all while the candies shifted amongst takeoff and were all in a heap on the bottom of the calendar. I was pleasantly surprised to have all the chocolates in their proper spots, all being very delicious and rich chocolate, with no damage and prompt shipping. It's not a deal breaker for us but all of the chocolates are in heart shapes. We don't mind but some kiddos/people might mind.

My GF loved this chocolate. All of the pieces are hearts.

The description stated each day brings a new flavor. That is inaccurate as it’s all same flavors. Don’t get my wrong they are good. But I was looking for something where kids would have different flavor daily.

Great chocolate!!...but, there's nothing particularly festive about this Advent calendar. Each piece is heart-shaped and behind each door is what I'm sure are just quotes from their sales brochure, all of them about the company and how they operate. Bit dry for a kid, or anyone, really.

The calendar did not look at all as it does in the picture. However, it would have been okay but there was something wrong with at least half of the chocolates. Some of them looked like they had gotten wet or something had happened to them and they were covered with white spots or were completely off color. We did eat the ones that looked normal and they tasted ok.

Update:The advent calenders were suppose to arrive by November 29 and arrived on December 8th. Yes very disappointed.BUT the shipper ended up being empathetic and honest and offered a refund discount. Thank you for caring and trying to make things right.❤🙏

Der Zusatz "Pack of 3" in der Beschreibung ist irreführend. Habe 3 Exemplare erwartet und heute einen einzelnen Adventskalender erhalten. Sorry, aber 15 Euro für einen einfachen Adventskalender ist vollkommen überteuert, auch wenn es sich um FairTrade handelt.

Der Kalender hat ein sehr schönes Motiv, was mich zusammen mit dem Wunsch, FairTrade zu unterstützen, bewog, ihn zu bestellen und zu verschenken. Leider kam der Kalender beschädigt an. Eine Ecke ist stark verknickt und die Verpackung angerissen. Zudem wurde mir erst beim Auspacken bewusst, wie klein der Kalender ist und wie wenig Schokolade er beinhaltet. 80g für knapp 15€ rechtfertigen nicht die fair gehandelte Schokoloade. Man gewinnt den Eindruck, dass letztendlich doch die Verpackungsindustrie und der Handel an diesem Kalender hauptsächlich verdient. 2* für das schöne Motiv, obwohl die verknickte Lieferung nicht einmal einen Stern verdient hat bei diesem Preis!

I took a risk buying this as no information on the product that it would be the same as last year and have the flags and happy Xmas in different languages. Me and my so disappointed that each window basically has a corporate message about the contents. Now having to go buy another calendar. Chocolate always yummy but not the same experience this year
