Love this design
I’ve used various attachment styles for molle; these are by far my favorite. They are quick and easy to install and fit into place. They are durable and robust little clips and hold extremely well. What I love is how easy it is to strip them off should you want to. This design is perfect for a med pack or first aid kit that you want to easily and quickly remove from a large item. They hold on without any concern for falling inadvertently. The value of these are great when you consider they are only a little more expensive than straps, but will last much longer and have a much better function than those straps.

Great easy to use, rigid, MOLLE sticks for connecting things together quickly and for detaching quickly.
These MOLLE sticks are slick. I got my 4 pack of the Wolf Gray ones today and tried them out on my black battle belt. The wolf grey(roughly 15% grey) is low key and blends well with a black fabric but stands out so that you can see, at a glance, whether you've woven the stick through the right straps. The material that the sticks are made from are smooth and slides into, and out of, the MOLLE straps smoothly and reliably. The push/click to lock down is simple and intuitive. The pull/click to release is straight forward and the tether makes it easy to slide the stick out to perform a quick detach of the selected pack.I was worried that the sticks might be a weak point and snap at some point, but each of these MOLLE sticks has a center ridge which not only provides strength and rigidity, but also helps add some pressure between the mounting surfaces to provide a rigid and secure mounting. For use cases where you want the mount surface between the main pack and the smaller pack or the pack and the vest to remain flexible, these MOLLE sticks may prove to be too stiff. In those use cases, it may be better to use a more traditional nylon webbing strap system. But if you are mounting these on your pack, chest, hip, or leg mount points and want it to be rigid, these would work great. On my battle belt, the tip of the sticks extends beyond the bottom edge of the belt by about 1/2". Not much, but if that ends up digging into my hip/leg, it could be an issue. Will update this review once spent some time with these MOLLE sticks on my battle belt and with some packs/bags.

Good and Bad
These clips are pretty good, but there rather small, and kinda limit the options you have for certain gear that you can add to your pack so they have there pros and cons the clip method that's used on them works really well except when they get a little over loaded they can unclip themselves however I haven't had them ever fall off.

Better than Speedsticks and Maxpedition TacTies
These looked weird. Just by looking at the pictures and videos, I couldn't figure out how they worked. Once they arrived, the "installation video" made complete sense.I purchased a set of Maxpedition TacTies first. They were alright. Later, I realized that the TacTies are too flexible and the "tabs" made inserting and removing pouches very difficult.Next, I bought a set of Blackhawk Speedclips. They felt so retarded, I never finished attaching a single pouch.Last, I bought a set of these Molle Sticks. WAY BETTER than the TacTies AND Speedclips. They slide through the webbing easier than the other 2 products, they are stiff and smooth, so it is easier to weave them back and forth between the webbing. Because they are hard plastic, they add rigidity to the bag/pouch.The Molle Sticks pull out super fast. It probably takes less than 1 second to pull out one of the Sticks. You can also attach 2 Molle pouches together. The concept sounds neat, but with my small collection of pouches, I just ended up with an awkward double pouch without a decent handle on it.

Innovative and effective solution for securing MOLLE packs/kits that you might need to remove frequently, e.g., First Aid Kits
I'm a big fan of the Tactical Tailor MALICE clips for items I want to attach and then not remove. Ever. Solutions like the MALICE clips are fantastic if you want to attach something to MOLLE, but a terrible if you later have to unattach that item. If you have to frequently attach and reattach something like a FAK or EDC pack? Forget about it. Enter the MOLLE Sticks. I was skeptical at first after trying a lot of, for me, unsuccessful MOLLE attachment products, but these are fantastic. Very, very easy to quickly secure smaller packs and pouches to bigger bags with the option to quickly remove them later. Takes seconds versus minutes of yanking and stretching. While I'm not 100% convinced I would trust the MOLLE Sticks to attach something I knew was going to go through serious abuse, I'm not convinced I wouldn't either. I haven't had anything I've attached with MOLLE Sticks unintentionally come undone and that is more than I can say for a lot of other products out there.

MOLLE Sticks are a great alternative to straps !!
These MOLLE Sticks work great for me because I may want to move small packs from one gun bag to another. When they are new, they are pretty stiff so be careful you don't break it, but it took me a bit of exerting to lock/unlock them. After a bit of use, they limbered up, but are still plenty stiff to stay in place when you engage the lock. I'm actually planning on getting a few more. These are a great alternative to straps because I find you typically need a tongue depressor (giant ice cream stick) to feed a strap through to the webbing to get thing lined up and to feed the strap through, These sticks can be slid in as you are attaching the pack. If you have never fastened 2 items together using this system, you'll see soon enough that the strapping sewn on the bags/packs are very tight, which is desirable so when things are attached, they don't flop around, but can make attaching things a bit of a workout, but much easier with these.
