These supplements really work! I thought I'd give them a try as I'd seen some drops advertised which claimed to give you a tan. They were expensive so I looked at what the main ingredient was and found these supplements. I've trialled them for a couple of months and I now have a lovely tan. I'm naturally quite pale and fair-haired, but these have given me a lovely golden colour. Other people have noticed and commented on how good my skin looks, so they definitely work.

I have used this for about 3 months now. I am quite pale skinned, so wanted to prep for some sun holidays. I must say I have noticed more tanned skin, but its hard to say if this was due to these supplements, or the fact it’s been the hottest summer (and sun holidays). This does not stop you from burning either, I would still use sunbeds if going on a hot holiday, and suncream. My tan seems to have lasted longer than normal though, which could be these supplements… Pros: ✅ Easy to swallow ✅ Quality Packaging ✅ No weird taste ✅ Good value Cons: ❌ Unsure as to the final results after 3 months of use. Overall, I would say my tan seems to have lasted longer than normal. I have not noticed any other changes to my skin, or sleep quality.

Good standby to take regularly or from time to time. We don't store B vits.

Ever since I started taking these, I haven't had to rub my eyes at all. And it was only when I stopped taking these that I realised just how much I used to rub and scratch my eyes habitually since I was a kid (I thought rubbing itchy eyes was normal). I tried a different brand of Beta Carotene and my eyes would get dry and itchy and then I'd start rubbing and scratching them again. Went back to this brand and my eyes are back to being good and I haven't had to use eye drops or anything since. I didn't even know it was good for that!!! This was just a pleasant surprise and proof of the effectiveness of this product and brand, for me. Definitely 5*

Bought these due to low antioxidants but have been advised that in smokers or vapers, beta carotene can actually turn quite lethal and cause cancers. As such... Be warned and dyor

My vision is being tested next month after using for almost six months. I'll have a better idea of there's any difference then. In the past, my eye site improved to 20/15. And I didn't need new glasses. So maybe it will again and I won't need the same prescription as now. Since I started wearing glasses again. Strangely following not juicing carrots regularly. Could be a coincidence. But maybe not. As far as why I'm taking this Beta Carotene brand ... Upon reviewing my nutrition noticed I was lacking enough of this vitamin. I've bought a juicer, as well. But wanted to get consistent consumption. Upon research, a variety of products picked this. To include in the few additions to my overall nutrient plan. Dr. Andrew Weil’s book 8 Weeks to Optimum Health is a book I review periodically since its release. This year noticed a few areas of my superfood wheat grass by Amazin Grass variety 64 oz morning filter water punch I make with a few varieties of flavors with different nutrition missed enough of a few vitamins I needed to include a few specific supplements. My reason for picking this product over others was purely based on research and recommendation. My hope is it helps with vision stability and skin, and overall health. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯
