10 Simple Solutions to Adult ADD: How to Overcome Chronic Distraction and Accomplish Your Goals (The New Harbinger Ten Simple Solutions Series)

Not So Helpful, but Worth a Read
We are all entitled to our own opinions, but this book seemed to be more of an organizational guide than a '10 Simple Solutions' format. It was very disorganized, I might add- in that the chapters were so incredibly vague, that it was frustrating for me. I read the book in a week and felt that I had a report to do afterwards. For me, the book seemed to induce a bit more stress than anything. I can see how it has the potential to help some people gain a basic understanding of their diagnosis, but the focus on the illness really exacerbates symptoms, and this book is exclusively about symptom management.

Simple yet thorough
What am amazing book! Explains things simply and yet so relatable for a person with ADHD. Really helped my husband and I work on the issues in our marriage related to uncontrolled/unacknowledged ADHD actions. Short and sweet, so you can easily read chapters or the whole book again to keep working on things.

Simple, But Good
If you are looking for an applicable book for ADD that gives some simple and specific tips, this is a good book for that. It also gives a few good resources. If you are looking for a book with a lot of info about ADD, it is not the right one for you. Definitely an easy read

Awesome book; concise tips that include positives of ADD ...
Awesome book; concise tips that include positives of ADD and not just the negatives, like so many other books. People with ADD are constantly reminded of their challenges, but rarely their work ethic, attention to detail. Great book with up to date info, such as : apps websites, etc

Satisfied But Somewhat Disappointed
This book is small for the price, although it does contain some good information. I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting but this is not quite it. However, it is easy to read and I did find some of the suggestions helpful.

all in 1 book
I have changed neurologist, psychiatrist, psychologist and sleep doctors over the last 25 years due to various reasons. This book has shown me more about my actual problem,,,ADD, than any doctor has. I will use this information to talk to doctor and to improve my life. Thank you!

"No more lost keys"
I'm 51 and was recently diagnosed with ADD. I probably always had it, everything in this short book applies to me. It was easy to read and has helped me with solutions to everyday problems with simplistic solutions. It's definitely as "Must Read" book .
