One of the Oneida former "Community" high quality 18/8 patterns
This is high quality stainless steel flatware in a beautiful Oneida pattern (Marquette) that's been around for decades. Truly dishwasher safe and 18/8 composition which has excellent luster and durability. It is a great size and weight with good balance and it doesn't bend. I'm very pleased with it so far. Both Oneida and Reed & Barton are now owned by Lenox, and their higher-end lines of flatware are now made in Vietnam instead of in the USA, but the quality seems to be just as good. It's still made of 18/8 or 18/10 stainless and still has the lovely hollow-handle knives. I have some of the old USA-made Marquette and now some of the new, and can't tell any difference in the quality so far. I've used my set of older USA-made Oneida Community 18/8 stainless in a different (unfortunately discontinued) pattern daily for decades, routinely putting it in the dishwasher, and it still looks beautiful and will continue to be used. I expect this will hold up just as well although I haven't had it long. Yes, I'd rather it was still made in the USA, but I'm glad several of the classic Oneida patterns from the past are still available, still seem to be high quality, and are made somewhere other than in China. Some of the accessory pieces and baby flatware are also available but not as many as in the past. It's hard to beat Oneida if you buy their top-end 18/8 or 18/10 flatware, imo. They make several different quality and price levels, some better than others. FYI: For those willing to pay for flatware made here, Liberty Tabletop bought the old Oneida factory in NY and is the only USA manufacturer of flatware now. However it's more expensive and they don't offer some styles of patterns.

Excellent quality
So happy to be able to add to my set I purchased from Belks 14 years ago. Sturdy product, love the shape of the spoons, the size is exactly what I was hoping for. So happy to still have this product available.

Lasts for years
I just purchased a full table setting and then some radom pieces, 4 spoons and couple other because after 35 years some of my original set have gone missing. Was shocked and happy after that long I could still get as the old ones i still have look great.

Oneida Silverware
My fault that only a set for 1 person came…. had to find the whole set.

The best
I LOVE this silverware. We had some for a wedding present or something and it slowly dwindled away over the years. (My adult children later confessed to taking some when they moved) it was replaced by random crap that we stole from restaurants or neighbors. I like the slim, lightweight but study forks and the scooping ability of the cereal .. I mean soup... spoon. I don't really care about the other pieces other than they match and we can get rid of the awful random junk and not be embarrassed when neighbors come over.
