Son crujientes y están buenísimas, no muy dulces pero tienen un sabor al final como a flan de chocolate. Perfectas para mojar o mezclar en trocitos con kefir y con pocas calorías, ( 38 por galleta, 6 hidratos y 0 azúcar) he comprado dos paquetes , los dos con fecha de caducidad para más de un año... voy a probar las de arándanos a ver que tal, al fin he encontrado una galletas sanas para disfrutar de vez en cuando si estás a dieta o quieres cuidarte.
