I like the book, however I already have some understanding of Acupuncture, body systems etc. so it all makes sense to me. For someone with no knowledge whatsoever it may be challenging to pull it altogether in the mind, yet not impossible. This does not state 'specifically' 'how to' use the method in word, rather a reference of systems to clear based on Chinese Philosophy & Cellular Biology presuming the reader has a working knowledge how to 'word' the answers to eliminate the energy/correct/align/strengthen. Useful for the slightly advanced or intermediate student or even the strongly enthused Novice, as it will be a nice source reference to have on hand. Under 80 pages. Hope this helps! An incredible technique once learned. Recommend classes with technique & beginning books, as well as their monthly call clubs to learn more.
