Easy to use! only downfall is the adhesive backing came off the back of the lock side after only 3days, I superglue it back and it has stayed since. All in all worth the $$ and a great product.

NOTE: seat the adhesives FIRMLY. they already tried walking the lock off so i just reseated it and they gave up. YAY! easy to lock/unlock with plenty of length in the cable. it will not turn your fridge into fort knox, but if they yank it off you will know. and, it won't be easy. came with 2 straps and 2 keys. no damage install or removal. I AM SO SATISFIED!

Ihave used these before and have need for them once again for our new outdoor refrigerator at our Summer Camp. These are easily installed and hold very well and provide some security from usually unwanted curious teenagers. Make sure to leave a little slack to make it easier to unlock & lock again.I recommend these for my purpose or for youngsters you may have at home that are curious as well.

These are only good for keeping small children out of the fridge. Any children older than 10 can easily get past these locks either by using a butter knife to pry them off or by just yanking on the door. Yanking on the door can most of the time just separate the cable end from the lock. It will not hold. I found this out after using epoxy to attach them to the fridge. There is no stopping a binge eater. We finally just moved the fridge to our office behind closed doors with door lock and deadbolt.

I liked them except they were easy to break with one pull. Other than that it's a great idea. Have to buy 2 more like I said easy to pull off with just a pull on the door by an adult.

These work just fine, I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about. You have to unlock it to get the piece in then lock it . If it’s already locked then yeah of course you’re not going to get the string part in.I use these to keep my child safety gate double locked since my 2 year old figured out how to open the gates. And to keep the snack drawer locked. Had these for months now and still going strong even with him yanking on them day in and out.These work very well, Highly recommend.
