IncipioNGP Translucent Case for iPhone iPhone XR (6.1") with Flexible Shock-Absorbing Drop-Protection - Clear

This case protected my iPhone XR after it blew off the top of my car on the Interstate while I was traveling 60 plus mph!!! My phone at least slammed into the concrete curbing, and no telling what else. We found and retrieved it the next morning using Find My Phone. The phone is not damaged, but the case is a little beat up on the corners so I'm ordering a new one.

This is not the NGP case like before. They’ve changed it. It’s transparent. The old case was solid. I want the old one back. I contacted Incipio CS, they don’t offer anything like the old case anymore.

I purchased this case not expecting much. I tend to buy hard cases for my iPhones, but finally decided to buy this one after having poor results with the two hard shell cases I'd previously used with my iPhone XR. It turns out the Incipio NGP is a perfect match with this phone in terms of form factor and protection. It's a slim case but still thick enough to ensure protection on all sides. There is no play whatsoever in the case, and once I put my phone in, it felt like the case became part of the phone. I'm very impressed and pleased with this case.

Incipio’s NGP line is the best I’ve found for protection and grippiness without adding too much thickness, and adds no weight. Having said that, the “Rose” color in the listing photo bears NO resemblance to the actual color. Not in the SLIGHTEST. When I first received the case, the color was more muddy mauve. After a few months of use, it’s just muddy. The case itself is great. Just don’t choose the so-called “Rose” color.

I have an iPhone XR and decided to replace my 2 year old Incipio case because it was looking pretty grungy. I replaced it with this one with high expectations as I've used Incipio cases for my iPhones for years and have always been pleased with the protection provided even when I drop my phone. I believe the quality of this case would provide the same protection with one exception. The case needs to be higher than the screen protector. I've had this a short while and have multiple chips along the edges of the screen saver all during normal usage without dropping the phone. Sorry Incipio, I bought a different brand to replace this.

I love the feel of this case! I had been searching for something slim that still protects your phone, and this case has not let me down even after a few drops. I also noticed other cases that aren't slippery tend to stick when trying to quickly throw in your pocket. This case is the perfect combination of product so it isn't too much of one over the other. My only complaint is the color does not appear as pink on a black phone, which I probably should've assumed with a translucent case, but it's a tint of pink rather than what it appears on the image.

I bought my first Incipio Iphone case back in 2016. Ever since, for every Iphone I had, I kept return to this brand. This particular one really surpassed my expectations. It is by far the thinnest and lightest of all cases I have had. But it works great and it looks very good. The only downside is that after a while it starts to stain, which is absolutely understandable.

I really like this case. I got the clear/frost for my red phone because I tend to like clear cases. It isn’t bulky and fits great. It’s not the same feel as the NGP was for one of my previous iPhones (it’s a little slicker) but I overall like it. I am hoping it doesn’t yellow like other clear cases I have had. I am not sure why it has the frosted piece on the bottom but it doesn’t bother me or impress me. Could live without it. I am kind of a case snob. Always buy multiple cases before I stick with one. I think this might be it. The price was also incredible so I bought two in case this one yellows.

Nice feel in the hand, very protective, which is good as my husband frequently drops his phone!
