COMPUTHERM WPR-90GC capillary thermostat with 1/2" inch immersion sleeve

Great little thermostat but Amazon fail by not telling you where it comes from. It came from Spain and the seller would not send it to Ireland....EC to EC....should be easy. No, they will only send it to the UK....not EC. So I get it shipped to my UK address and it gets snagged in customs.....why the fuss?? Not the best experience. The bulb on the thermostat fits standard thermostat fittings on immersion heaters so that's a big plus.

Basic, and useless instructions. Electrical terminals are not correctly marked to conform to EU standards. NO WIRING INSTRUCTIONS. Even a qualified electrician needs a wiring diagram. Necessary to search the internet to find a wiring diagram. When wired according to manufacturer's instructions DOES NOT WORK. A piece of garbage that should not be sold in this condition. Should be withdrawn from sale. Any site allowing sale of this garbage without proper instructions obviously has no concern for its customer's safety.

nun, wie schon im Titel angeführt, verwende ich es nicht als Tauch-Fühler, sondern als Anlege-Fühler. Habe einen Holzofen mit Wassertasche und für einen Stromausfall für die Pumpe eine USV. (Stromversorgung bei PC) Da im/beim Ofen keine Möglichkeit war ein Tauchthermostat einzubauen, habe ich bis jetzt manuell die Pumpe geregelt. Jetzt, am heißesten 1¼ " Bogen beim Ofen seitlich -angelegt- angebracht, lässt sich die Temperatur bestens regeln, sodass die Pumpe selbständig ein und ausgeschaltet wird. Die Regelung ist leicht an der Mauer hinder dem Ofen angebracht. Bin richtig zufrieden damit.

Preso per il controllo della ventola di un termocamino. Installazione semplicissima. Praticamente si tratta di un termostato con contatto pulito che supporta un carico elettrico sino a 250 V 16 Amp. Il collegamento può essere effettuato in due modalità tramite i morsetti 1 e 2 ed il morsetto C dal quale arriva la corrente. Tramite il morsetto 1 il contatto con il morsetto C rimane chiuso sino alla temperatura stabilita, superata la quale si aprirà. Viceversa il contatto tra C e 2 si chiuderà al disopra della temperatura stabilita, e si aprirà al disotto di questa. La temperatura viene rilevata tramite una sonda in rame il cui cavo è circa un metro di lunghezza. Ovviamente se si cerca la precisione circa le temperature da impostare, questo non è lo strumento più adatto.Per l'uso che ne faccio io va più che bene ed il prezzo è ragionevole.AGGIORNAMENTO Pur lasciando invariato il mio giudizio, è bene che dica che usato per un termocamino ad aria li termostato si è rovinato. Effettivamente nelle specifiche dello strumento si legge che supporta temerature massime di 90°C. e che è adatto per i bolier. Il termocamino supera ampiamente i 90° quindi probabilmente la sonda si è bruciata.
