This does the exact OPPOSITE of what it’s advertised to do...there is one “cooling” side, and that has heated up as hot as a heating pad at night! Think about it...plastic + body heat = gross. I finally took it off and it’s like night and day, much cooler now with a normal cheap pillowcase.

I really like this idea and definitely interested but this odor it has is too much very hard to get rid of Ive had now day 3 and it still has an odor as it airs outside.

my mom liked the cooling feature but cant get rid of the smell. she will most likely get rid of it.

All around not to bad. The only down side is after about an hour or so it doesn't really cool just stays room temperature. It also has a unpleasant odor when new had to let air our for about 5 days

Great for neck and back. I love how it has a cooling pad. Works great!

Very cool when first using it but it warms up quickly and does not cool back down overnight. I was really hoping for something that would help me stay cool all night.

I ordered this pillow cover for my body pillow. Was excited when I opened it up, however, there was an extremely strong mildew smell to it. I read the care on it and you can't wash it, but you have to air it out. I let it sit in another room where we couldn't smell it for 2 weeks and it was as strong on the first as the day I sent it back. Not sure if that's how all of them come but I didn't want to chance it on another one so I returned it. No trouble with the return either.
