With how expensive this water filter replacement kit is, how in the world do they not include the plastic filter wrench that you need to unscrew the capsules?The filter system has been great so far but definitely disappointed in the filter replacement process.

I purchased these filters as a replacement kit for the exact same set I had been previously using. With my previous setup, I was very happy with the performance of the RO system as well as the flow rate, but it did slow to about 1.5-2 GPH after a year of use (pretty normal in my experience) so it was time to swap out.Upon replacing these filters, I had extremely slow fill rates immediately. I figured I had made a mistake and disassembled the unit, checked everything, and re-assembled. No luck. Whether it was a faulty RO membrane or some other issue, I will never know, but i would encourage anyone buying this filter pack to immediately return their filters if they notice a slow fill rate or unusually low pressure. I spent too much time trying to troubleshoot and got outside of my return window.Side note: Don't expect much from APEC customer service. The individual I got on the phone seemed to be from a foreign call center and wasn't the easiest to understand or work with.

Clean clear water, just VERY slow

after 6 months, the used stage 1 filter looks really dirty. My water boiler has no calcium build up after using the filtration system. No leakage.

The filters work great in our APEC Reverse Osmosis home water filtering system. Would recommend to anyone looking to enhance the taste of their water and to greatly reduce the particles in regular tap water. Our water tests out at 4 PPM with these filters.

I bought this replace the filters I have for my home. Good quality and packaging.
