Does the job!
Bought this for my oil paints and it does what it's made to do very well. The oil thins the paint out and doesn't leave a yellow residue on the paints itself, which I was kind of worried about. Good stuff and it goes a long way.

Great replacement for toxic materials
As a cancer survivor I am acutely aware of the dangerous materials artists can be exposed to. This is a medium for oil painting.

I love this stuff more than liquin
I love this stuff more than liquin, which is always my “go to” medium!! Dries enough overnight so I can work on the next layer! Great product and will purchase again! I love that it is completely odorless.

This so my favorite. Use it to speed up my painting when I ge a commission. I also have the regular one which I also use as medium

Mixes well w oil paints to speed drying
Made my oil paint dry fast but had a slight brown tint to it so made white a little dirty appearing

Solid replacement for Liquin
I've never used Walnut Alkyd Medium, but I was pleasantly surprised that I liked this better than Liquin! It's a lot more affordable, and didn't dry as quickly as Liquin does. I think it's a pretty good replacement, the only issue is that it can be a little bit messier to work with and clean up.

Easy to use.
Love this. I'm new to oil painting and I read all about the fat over lean rule, which can cause cracking as the painting dries. This was so simple to use. Doesn't smell much like anything, and my paint never cracked.

Slower drying time than Liquin
