LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES TO SEE WHICH WHEEL THIS ITEM REPLACES. TOTAL GYM MADE TWO VERSIONS. THIS ITEM ONLY FITS ONE OF THEM. This is a set of 2 greatly upgraded replacement roller and guide wheels with bearings for some of the Total Gym Models: 2000, 3000, some 3000 XL, and a few very early XL. This wheel replaces the doughnut shaped wheels with the metal bearing that fits completely inside the plastic wheel (see pictures). This wheel does not replace the doughnut shaped wheel with the metal bearing that protrudes about ¼” outside the wheel on one side (see pictures). We redesigned the wheel in “car tire” shape with flat contact profile shape for reduced stress and much longer life. Our upgraded roller wheels have high quality imported bearings installed. Molded wheels break. We do not mold. We machine our wheels in our Tennessee shop from solid engineering plastic. We machine our wheels and other parts on our Hardinge (Elmira, NY) Sub-spindle Live Tooling CNC Lathes. We use a T-42 MSY Super Precision Lathe and a Talent 51 MSY Lathe for producing our parts. Since 2003 we have shipped well over 250,000 Total Gym wheels of all the different Total Gym wheel types and none have broken, and nobody has reported worn out bearings. Complete installation instructions and recommendations to avoid accidental abuse are included.
