These made my old model ( 1997) work better than before! It was easy to put on and it runs very smooth!!

I’ve tried (2) other brands of replacement wheels and they only lasted a 2-3 months. So far the Total Gym brand wheels are holding up on my total gym. They are performing well so far no failures. They are supposed to be guaranteed to last 15 years. The original wheels lasted 23 years? The other brands had a wheel that came apart or got a flat spot on them.

My second order from Huck Products. The first order was on 8/21, and one of the rollers separated from the bearing. I tried to contact Huck Products thru the Amazon website for a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, no one has responded, unclear why and hence the lower star rating.

Bought these 4 replacement wheels for my Total Gym 3000 after two of the exiting ones literally collapsed under by 170 pound weight. Installation went smoothly after I purchased a set of 2 Tekton 10 mm combination wrenches for about $10 on Amazon to loosen and remove the small metric nuts that are involved in the job. I found it useful to take photos with my iPhone during the removal process since there are a few washers and spacers that need to be put back in the right order for things to work out. It took me about an hour to complete by myself and I think getting two people involved would make life simpler since the moving and aligning of the relatively heavy sub assemblies during re-assembly was somewhat difficult for me to handle alone. This is because I separated the lower glide section from the head section first and turned the gliding pad upside down to make the replacements. Others may have found it possible to make the changeover without doing this but it gave me a better view of the underneath workings that required removal. The two wheels at the lower end of the glide rails were more difficult to replace than the other two given that they require more attention to aligning the parts axially to a common spreader tube between them. The manufacturer of these wheels is the same one that supplied replacement handles and cables for another Total Gym that I have at a vacation home and I feel their high quality and workmanship is equal or better than original factory replacement parts. Considering the cost of a new gym, this was a great investment.

My Total Gym is fairly ancient (doesn't seem to have a model #, but the instructions were dated 1997). The upper rollers had been deteriorating for years, but I was used to the bumpy ride, & didn't think much @ it, until one of them literally fell to pieces. So, installed a new set of these wheels (great instructions, no problem) & I can hardly believe the difference they make–it's like having a new machine (or so I imagine).

I have an extremely old Total Gym... except that it's now like new because I've been purchasing replacement parts from Huck Products. The installation instructions provided are always easy to follow.

I installed the new wheels on my Total Gym 3000. Wow, what an improvement, the board now glides on the rails, like new. The directions were very good which allowed for an easy installation. I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants to bring their Total Gym back to new condition, Really, the rolling movement is the most important aspect to a good working Total Gym in my estimation.

Not only was it fast shipping (2 days, even in the Covid19 hassle), it was also a major improvement over the originals on this garage sale Total Gym. As has been stated in other reviews... now smooth as glass.Thanks!
