Recommended
The Cummings and Worley book of organisational change and development is a great introduction to the topic. Highly recommended although you may need further texts to clarify some of the theories described in this book.

did not realize this was an intl edition when purchasing. Used the ISBN for the book my school requested, not the intl edition. Hoping it has the right content...the last thing I need is two of these.
