Enamelware Large Open Roaster, 13.5 x 10.75 inches, Blue/White Splatter

Nice large pan. I have several enamelware pans in different sizes. They are workhorses. You can cut in them and they don’t scratch. Very happy with product.

My first package was damaged so I had to send back. I purchased another since I like them so much. Easy to clean, a good size and quite versatile. The coating can chip so be careful, in all the years I've used this type of pan, I have never chipped one, but it can happen.

They are great for oysters, crabs, lobsters, any messy dish. Everyone gets their own. They are also great for preparing food in for a party, and then using them for the cooked foods, as serving dishes…and even as a serving plate loaf pan cake pieces. We find a million uses for them except for cooking in them. Living in Maine :)

I’ve admired similar pans used by chefs I follow online. One food blogger — Downshiftology — shared the link to this pan and I snagged it as a Xmas present to myself. I prepped some roasted veggies in it for Xmas brunch. It handles heat really well and clean up was a breeze. Love this pan!

I had an enamel pan that was my grandmothers and I loved it because they come clean so easy so I ordered this pan. I actually love it but there are a couple of reasons I could not give it 5 stars. It doesn’t have handles at all so it is a little difficult to get in/ out of the oven. It fell on the floor from about 3 feet whileI was doing dishes and the enamel chipped which to my knowledge rendered it unusable. BUT it is a nice pan for the money, looks beautiful right out of the box and it holds a whole lot more than I ever thought it would. It washes very easily too which is one of the best parts. I’m really not sure if I’d purchase another solely based on how easily it chipped with one short fall. For the money it’s a great value if you can be sure not to drop it.

This thing is great! so easy to clean. got it initially to catch grease from a rotisserie grill attachment. so you know its gonna take some abuse from that. really high temps catching grease and burnt to hell. still it cleans up spotless with no warping or damage. Now it is my go to pan for many kitchen adventures. I came back to this order hoping to get something twice the size (hint hint) (13 x 20)

Ordered three of these roasting pans for gifts for Christmas along with three browning pans all supposedly in red. The roasting pans are red, however all three of the brownie pans are the deeper red which disappoint me a little. I have previously purchased both of these items in a store at Mountain View AR and use them frequently. The brownie pan is my favorite for brownies and especially perfect for cornbread. They bake well and clean up well. Also, I purchased the drink dispenser on a stand and it is quite a conversation piece. Love it, but it is large. You can't beat enamelware.

what I love about this pan that I only need one pan for a tray bake. I can make the sauce and brown the meat in the pan on top of the stove then place it in the oven. Just like Jaime Oliver does on his cooking show. Only one pan to clean. Love it.
