I have had the same problem contacted seller 4 times no response call customer service on Amazon if they are not helpful as thats what i did and i got a full refund and they stopped using that seller as they were not helpful.Customer service by phone are helpful kind regards

i had not read the washing instructions but have been washing in the machine and it is fine. i have washed it quite a few times now. i have it on a 30c wash. so it should be okay at low temp.
