Q: Do those bottons fit on the xbox one Elite controller?

I do not see why they wouldn't fit on the Elite controller but I am unsure because we have never used them on the Elite controller before.

Q: Are the ends of these buttons from real ammo shells? The example pictures show firing pin marks in the center of each cartridge.

Yes, these are built using real once fired 9MM bullet casings and each shows the firing pin marks as well.

Q: Do these comes with tools to switch them out?

They have a set to buy to take the whole controller apart, but no the buttons DO NOT come with tools.

Q: Will these work for Xbox one Afterglow controller?

Yes, these buttons should work perfectly fine with the afterglow controller.
