Not recognized in popular software and does not work on its ow,

Not saying the product is bad, it just didn’t work for me.

it took a bit to get going, but received great service ,above and beyond what was needed, and the product works great

Website was shut down from the day I got my cable until I sent it back 5 days later. No way to download driver without their website working.

Good but hard to set up

OnePlus AV. Doesn't have a working website. Product requires to go to a login page to get driver. Password protected. All this for a USB-DMX driver!! Trying for days to login. Followed instructions - no result. Different combinations - no result. Sent requests for help on this site - no response. All I wanted was a simple adapter - not area 51 technology. At this point, product is useless and money wasted. Not to vender: while it is hard to get customers to talk good about you, they will damn sure talk bad about you in a heartbeat. Requires a star rating - not allowed to give zero.
