Great for 12 oz cup holder
16 oz cups are a tight fit but, they work. 12 oz cups are perfect. The install was super easy and this has been a life saver to our bar improvements.

Not for styrofoam cups
The spring is too tight. Our styrofoam cups never seemed to sit properly. They would slowly rise from the counter until they became an obstruction. Ending up purchasing the wall-mounted version - pull product from the bottom.
