3/5 Stars. While the build quality is durable and well-designed for basic file storage, the actual data transfer speed is highly disappointing. Despite the advertised claims of "up to 100 Mbps," real-world testing using a high-end gaming laptop and a fast Thunderbolt SSD capped out at a maximum of just 27 MB/s. It gets the basic job done, but don't buy it if you are expecting the high speeds highlighted in the description.
