Q: Does this shine or gloss in the sun? I need to seal leaks in an old RV & wondered if this would work on the side skins without blinding other drivers.

It has a slight shine and you could easily tell where you applied it. It seems like model airplane glue in stickiness and shine. if you are sealing the seams on the panels, a clear 100% silicone sealer in caulk tubes might work better. I It would be very obvious if it were brushed on a large area. It didn't seal my roof leaks after popping up about 50 shingles and sticking the tabs back down. it is basically a glue that might have some rubber added. It sticks to your hands exactly like model airplane glue. others have had good luck sealing leaks but not me. It would not blind drivers any more than a shiny paint job. it is way too expensive to brush over a large area to try to seal my hard to find roof leaks on shingles. It is sticky. but might not flex on RV seams. A quart doesn't cover but about a 3x3 foot area.
