Factory defective seal / closure, easy refund, no probs.
I've ALWAYS used Wright storm door closures and I was VERY surprised to get a defective one. I am a contractor, so I know what I am doing, and all about closures including the speed screw to adjust the amount of air in the tube. I ordered online for convenance, then took a couple weeks to get to it. Only to find it was defective right out of the package. Despite the delayed time from purchase, Amazon refunded easily and quickly. Didnt even need to send it back. I poicked another exact Wright product up from home store and its in and working fine. Perhaps this one sat on shelf too long and the seal went? IDK, but it was def defective.

Does the job like its meant to do!
Opened it up and installed the new storm door closer. It did what's its supposed to do. Close my door properly. Made a small adjustment on it to close a little harder but works smoothly and quiet. Thanks

Easy to Install / Works well
I have bought this before and bought another one to replace it. Even though it is made for screen doors I use it on my She Shed door and it works relatively well.

Dogs broke our last one, replaced with this and it worked as it should, just be sure to measure your old one to match your new one.
