Good product. Managed to revive a down filled jacket that had gone flat over time, now nicely puffed up and re-proofed. The wool balls seemed to be much better at plumping up the down filling than the hard plastic spiky balls I had been using in the tumble dryer.

Brilliant, works really well. Saved a £100 jacket that I was completely ruined. Now it’s like brand new!

Easy to use, I was nervous of washing the jacket and in fact drying it but I followed the washing instructions on the jacket using the washing liquid supplied. Then using the laundry balls supplied I placed the jacket into the tumble drier as advised, stopping the drier to check the coat at regular intervals. The jacket was like brand new considering the way the jacket comes out of the washing machine it was a relief when the jacket dried puffed up and was ready to wear

I've been using all sorts of down wear for quiet some time and like most people I'm a big fan. I'd never risked washing it as I'd been advised that it would lose it's loft but then I got one of these care kits. I now have a washing machine with a sports wear setting and tumble dryer with a down setting so I was happy to go ahead and try it out. I was really surprised by how well it worked! I first washed my gilet and down jacket and once it was out of the tumble dryer they had even more loft than before and all the panels were filled out. They looked like new again and the balls combined with the tumble dryer did a good job of restoring the down feathers. I picked up another couple of sets on a good deal and the same great results again. Just be careful about any washing powder or softener residue in the tray of your washing machine as it won't do your down feathers any favours.

Haven’t used this yet, this is a review based off the image not actually matching what is sent. Expected wool drying balls as per the picture, received plastic ones. I know the description doesn’t specify but it’s still slightly misleading. Used this before so I know it’s a good product.

Absolutely brilliant! Product restored a down jacket I was about to throw out as it was dirty and crushed. Have to say it took a very long time to dry with the balls in the tumble dryer but the result was worth waiting for. Do make sure to keep going with the drying!

I washed my North Face 800 down jacket following the instructions, and it worked really well! I had to wash my jacket 2 times because it was still smelling after the first wash, but I think is because this detergent is mild compared to others like Robijn. My recommendation is to set the tumble dryer in a temperature a bit above the minimum, so the down can dry correctly. After the whole process, my down jacket is clean, fluffy again and without clamps.

Handy all in one down garment cleaning kit. Does exactly as stated. Easy to use by following the directions. Spiked dryer balls fluff up down as described. Recommend this product.
