Sweet, juicy, and well made. Snipped up a mess of trout like cutting through butter. Also processed a batch of wing dings with the greatest of ease. Buy these now while you can or your really missing out on the deal of the century. Get an extra pair for your favorite relative. You will not find a better pair! Cuts slick as wet snot and tough like a boiled owl.

I bought as a gift for my daughter whose conventional shears failed to butcher her Thanksgiving turkey as she wanted and had to buy another turkey. So I am not the user, but the curved blade design seems better able to navigate through poultry bones, ligaments, etc, than conventional shears with straight blades. It comes easily apart for cleaning and the spring loaded handles make it easier to use. I am pretty confident that my daughter will find it a good tool. I didn't rate with 5 stars as it is a gift, so I have not put it through a turkey or beef ribs. But I am confident it would do the job. Also, prior to shipment Girior sent me an email alerting me that Amazon was getting their inventory mixed up and sometimes sending the wrong product. He said if that happens to me to contact him immediately and he will make it right. I got the right shears, but his email to me notifying me of potential problem prior to shipment demonstrates excellent customer service. I would buy from Girior again.

This was bought to assist an elderly person in their cooking. It is an excellent purchase. All the features represented are fully functional and true to description and proposed design.It is weighty, sturdy, and the blade is sharp. It goes through joints etc very well and removes the pressure from the user's joints.Highly recommended.

Good quality product

I used these when butchering my turkeys.The pieces come apart for easy cleaning and sharpening and the blades lock for storage. The handle openings are also large so they were easy to use with gloves on.

WARNING DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased these shears on March 12, 2022. I was so thrilled with them that I purchased a second pair in April as a back-up. I use the shears to cut up raw chicken, typically 2-3 birds per 4-6 weeks. After using them for 10 months the spring broke. I wrote to Gerior letting them know that they had failed and was hoping for a response. Luckily, I still had the back up pair in the box and instantly deployed them. Yesterday, the second time I used the back-up pair, that spring also broke, too! I have sent Gerior a total of 4 emails with NO RESPONSE. I wrote Gerior again yesterday and have yet to hear anything back. There is literally zero customer service from this company. Very disappointed in this purchase

Purchased to dispatch (kill) and process Coturnix quail. The shears are not sharp enough to decapitate the quails in one cut, although the shears did sever the spine. The shears worked great for processing the quail once dead. No issues with cutting off the wings or feet.The shears are easy to clean and feel good in the hand. I’m going to see if I can sharpen the blades to improve the killing process.
