Q: Will you still get beta access by preordering on amazon?

I am not able to download the beta. I entered the code on their web sight which is linked to my xbox live account. Also the beta is only available on certain days and only a few hours. Theres honestly no reason to preorder. At this point I think I might try to get my money back with the news of microtransactions as well.

Q: Why does the release date say december 2019? i thought it was going to be release in November of this year?

That is a placeholder for the date, the website still hasn't updated yet.

Q: is the preorder access to the beta given through some type of digital code via email after you preorder?

The description states, "Pre-order for beta access. Codes will be sent within 2 days of order. Must be shipped from and sold by Amazon. The B.E.T.A. begins first on Xbox One on Tuesday, October 23, and on PlayStation 4 and PC on October 30." Which means you should receive the code within 2 days of your order. I ordered on 11/15/18, but have never received a beta code. I have heard that some people who have ordered COD:BO4 never received a beta code when they ordered that game for Xbox... so it's making me wonder. I'm going to contact support and find out what's going on.
