DJI Phantom 2 V2.0 FPV Bundle By Drones Made Easy (1 Spare Battery)

I have to say that I was initially apprehensive about purchasing a drone that cost this much, but realized you usually get what you pay for. I went ahead and jumped in, partially based on other reviewers opinions that it was much easier to fly than previous drones. Technology has made great strides in being able to fly these things and the FPV feature was a big selling point. The company name "Drones Made Easy" (DME) have made it just that. The item shipped quickly and arrived at my home a week prior to the estimated arrival date (5 days total including Thanksgiving Day). As I unpacked the box and examined the product, I realized that this drone is far superior than any you see in most RC stores and definitely IS NOT a toy. DME had done most of the assembly of the drone (propellers, synching the remote, etc.) that they could do and packed it within the case very neatly. They also tested the drone prior to shipping. I immediately tested the equipment to be sure everything was working the way it should and all was working with the exception of one small item that would have been hard to detect without an extensive setup process. The Black Pearl monitor, although working, would not hold a charge. Other than this, the drone and all other equipment is working exactly as it should and would have flown "as is". I wasn't so antsy to fly that I couldn't wait to have the small problem resolved; however, I had the uneasy and dreaded feeling of having to call "tech support" begin to set in, but was extremely pleased when I did. Will (William) had me do a quick troubleshooting step and quickly determined the monitor and charger (just to be sure the issue would be fixed) would need to be replaced. He was extremely apologetic and explained they try to test the mechanics and electronics prior to shipping. It was a small issue and, considering how much technology is involved with this drone, wasn't a big deal. They were handling it like a reputable company would. Within a couple of hours he had another monitor shipped and headed to my house! This is a good and conscientious company that is determined to make their customers completely satisfied with their products and service! Despite the small issue, I would make this purchase again knowing they don't shrug off their customers. I'll provide more feedback as I begin to make initial flights, but so far...very good!Update as of 19 May 15....I am still flying with the same quadcopter and, to this date, have had no mishaps. The Phantom 2 is still flying absolutely great with no (not any, none, nil) issues. I have purchased additional LiPo batteries, a little higher output FVP transmitter, but essentially the same copter. The video and pictures I have retrieved using this bundle is absolutely amazing! Many of my friends are awed by the video and pictures and want one as well. Now that I have some practice and "smarts", I am now looking forward to getting some great memories on vacations when using this copter! Also, I'm sure the price has dropped since DJI has introduced a newer model, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with using this model at a (now) reduced cost!

Great package! Could have used a few more instructions. But a little research cleared that up. Just wish the phantom could fit in the case with the prop guards.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Drones Made Easy. Worth every cent! As advertised, the whole setup came well-packaged and ready for flight. I'm new to this technology and really didn't want to mess around trying to set up and wire a bunch of third party equipment. DME completely delivers in regards to this. Everything just worked as soon as I turned it on! Brilliant! Additionally, it's a really good piece of mind to know that there is solid customer service available in the U.S. as opposed to attempting to contact someone from DJI in Asia (often an effort in futility). Couldn't be happier with the product, service, delivery, etc. Thank you guys!
