GNC Tamaflex Complete, Provides Joint Support, 120 Caplets

Have been taken these for years and i highly recommend them. I have little to no cartilage in my knee and I can tell when I don't take the vitamins.

2 years ago, I ended up in the ortho ER with knee pain and was told that I have arthritis in my knees. In two weeks, there was a significant reduction in knee pain and I was able to walk more. In three weeks, the pain was mostly gone and I was able to wear my regular shoes and stilettos again.

I originally purchased from GNC the salesperson told me it was the best. I have alot of pain and swelling from injuries. I started taking it and 2 days later noticed a tremendous difference in the way I felt. Now it does not take away all the pain but I can participate in life now. I WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT THIS AGAIN.
