Good quality
Very heavy duty, worked great while towing about 10k dump trailer. Did start rusting but added hitch lube and it has stopped.

Sturdy Hitch but Packaging Needs Improvement
The product itself is excellent, boasting great quality that left me very pleased. However, the packaging fell short when it came to shipping such a heavy item. The hitch, which is quite heavy, arrived in a thin box held together by just one strip of packaging tape. Understandably, this packaging was not robust enough for the shipping process. Regrettably, my initial package was damaged during transit and never made it to me. It was only 3 days after the expected delivery date that I was informed of the damage and the subsequent return of the package. Luckily, I managed to reorder and receive another hitch just in time for my trip. I urge Amazon to enhance the packaging to prevent other customers from experiencing the delays I encountered. Despite the packaging issue, this hitch is truly amazing and deserving of a solid 5-star rating.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product is solid wooooooooow. I loved it the moment I saw it. This offered me the solution I was looking for, to raise the hitch enough to catch the trailer right. Best hitch on the market. I no longer worry about the weakest link of the connection especially on these beat up Arizona roads. This is a man’s hitch, if you drive a Toyota or a Chevy, you can probably buy something cheap but if you actually tow a full load, this is the ticket.!

Terrible purchase. Incorrect size of the receiver
Terrible hitch. Way too much movement in receiver. It is most likely 2 1/4" inches instead of the 2 1/2". I cant believe they can sell something like this. Shame on Curt. I have been dissapointed with three things from Curt MFG recently and will no longer buy anything from them. Trust the other reviews that say the same thing. This is a waste of money
