Be Koool Cooling Relief for Migraine, Soft Gel Sheets, 4 Sheets (Pack of 4)

I’m not someone who leaves reviews, but I’ve purchased so many of these I think they deserve it. I’m a girl who suffers from migraines. I’m on a monthly injection, as well as have a preventative prescription on the side. So I know pain.I’ve bought the headache caps, I’ve bought all the reusable ice things etc, but nothing eases my pain like these patches. Nothing. They give me such relief, comfort, they last hours, the smell is so faint but nice( I’m also extremely sensitive to smells), the size is perfect and you just slap them on your forehead. I was buying them at my local Walmart for a while but then they only sold the kid ones. Kids ones are great too. But I love the adult sized ones. I’ve even gifted packs to co workers I recommend these things so much.As someone who suffers from the pain of a migraine, it’s nice to have a product give such relief. 100/10 recommend.

Super soft & not sticky, stayed on for a while. Very relaxing, cooling feeling that helped relieve some of my head pain. I’ll definitely be purchasing more of these.

These are an actual lifesaver for me and my migraines. They bring almost instant relief, and are the perfect amount of cooling. I am sensitive to smells so while this does have a bit of a minty/eucalyptus almost smell to them it’s not overpowering at all especially once it’s on my forehead. They’re easy to wear, and stick well without falling off. My only complaint is that I’ve often gotten packages where the gel is dried up at time of opening on one side. So not only does it not stick, and you have to cut that bad part off, but then it’s a waste of product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Work great when I have panic attacks. They cool me down right away and balance my temperature out. Quality:They are perfect size and last 4 hours at least.

THESE HELP OUT SO WELL BUT OF COURSE STILL TAKE MEDICATIONS SPECIFICALLY FOR MIGRAINES I GET AND THESE GEL SHEETS ADD XTRA RELIEF WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP INSTEAD OF BURNING UP AND HEAD POUNDING IN MORE PAIN,IT CALMS IT DOWN A BIT.ICE PACKS I,VE TRIED AND DO NOT WORK AS WELL AS USING THESE GEL SHEETS BY BEKOOOL WORK THE BEST BUT DO'NT TRUST THESE OTHER BRANDS WHERE YOU MAY GET MORE AND IS CHEAPER BUT WILL END UP BEING NOT THE BEST CHOICE TO CHOOSE.

I guess it’s better than nothing. This might be a good option for a school nurse to have on hand. At home, just get a cooling gel cap.
