I was happy to see that jelly cutting boards were still made. This cutting board is great. Durable, good for knives, made in the US 🇺🇸, and this particular one has a nice, clear design with white flecks. Would buy again.

The title says most of it. I've loved the heft and feel of a heavy wood board for many years, five decades. I still do. But, I've gotten to the point where the effort to clean and maintain them is not as fun. Enter the Dexas boards! Made in USA and dishwasher safe were the requirements - they performed great! I ended up ordering six more; two smaller, two larger, and two more of the same size. I still love the wood for vegetables and breads, but cheeses, charcuterie, and raw meats and poultry, these Dexas boards are my new go-to.

I've had a white one for the longest time and couldn't remember where I got it, found the word "Dexas" on it. I wanted a couple more for cutting raw meat and vegetables on separately, and finally found these. It's a solid 3/8 inch thick, decent width of surface, I like the handle but usually all it does is collect minced onion on whatever surface the board sits on. Cleaning isn't too tough, but if it gets to be years old and has lots of scores in it, things with oil in them or things that melt (like chocolate bars) will just take a bit of scrubbing with a coarse brush under water.Ordered a red one for raw meat and a green one for vegetables to keep things more sanitary in the kitchen. I'd recommend this brand to anyone.

Had this for a little bit now and it works extremely well. I'll be honest, when I received it I thought, "What's the difference between this and a cheap store cutting board?" Using is believing! Knives sort of glide across the surface as you cut. The board takes much longer than other board to develop those white cut marks that most other boards show almost immediately. I also feel that when they do finally show up, my knives don't get bits of plastic in them (when using serrated). The plastic just pushes to make that slice in it rather than remove the plastic for it to get into my food. Very hard to explain but an easy feature of this board to love! It cleans well in my dishwasher without residue, color, or leaving a taste on the board to contaminate other food (like nylon-made boards tend to do). One of those things that you never fully appreciate having until you see the difference between cheap and well-made! Made in the USA!

For use with hot cookware, to protect surfaces. Loved the colour, good size for kitchen use.
