Finally! A knife and chisel sharpener that actually does what it's supposed to do!
Superb tool, paid for itself in no time.

It seems to do the job
Its a good sharpener, but I wouldn't sharpen any expensive knives with it. It does sharpen knives but the edge seems to be more jagged than if you were to use stones or fine grit sandpapers. It's good for the money and it will get used

This is such a handy sharpener for knive's scissors chisels ect.
This is a sharpener that's fantastic for a lot of item's and would recommend to any responsible person or family especially if you have children that's got there own family for sharpening there knives scissors drill bits wood plane blades chisels a lot of items so recommend to anyone as long as it's not left switched on at the wall and away from children.

Have purchased better.
I have bought a similar but more effective purchase from Aldi which worked much better than this. The grinding stone is rather poor and will not last long. However, although it may not last long, at least it was cheap!

Not Fit for Purpose!!!
Most of the reviews for this type of tool are poor. Even so, I thought I would give it a try since I had a number of chisels and drill bits that needed sharpening. I got the 96w model because I knew the 65w would not be powerful enough. It is very compact, which is the only good thing I can say about it! All the models for the different types of sharpening are made of flimsy plastic, therefore impossible to accurately locate and hold the tool at a constant angle to sharpen. The grinding wheel is too thin and made of a cheap material that will very quickly wear out. Bad reviews can sometimes warn you of a poor product, though not always, but in this case I can only suggest that there may be an incentive to give these types of product 5 stars!! If you want to sharpen workshop tools buy a proper bench grinder. If you want to sharpen knives, buy a knife sharpener, it will save you money in the long run.

Nice piece of equipment.
For the price you can't fault it. Not Rolls Royce standard but you wouldn't expect that for the price, but if used carefully,it sharpens everything it advertises.Quite pleased with it.

It does actually work
I bought the sharpener to use on a set of expensive but knackered wood chisels.I was a bit sceptical because of the low price, but it worked so well on the chisels that I then sharpened several pairs of old useless scissors and a set of blunt drills. For the price it is an excellent piece of kit.
