VooDoo Tactical Pistol Double Mag Pouch

Here's one of those product with both "good and bad."The good: 1. Looks good and nicely constructed; 2. Dimensions are good for the advertised purpose; 3. MOLLE straps are well-sized.The bad: Only one thing, but it is potentially a whopper. The snaps on the MOLLE straps are ineffective. Remember the old "lift the dot" snaps? Know how snaps for this purpose (where you do NOT want them to break accidentally) are needed when "accidents must not happen -- where the snaps must not break at the wrong time?"Discussion: I tried it with two different magazines: Ruger LC9 extended mag and Glock 17. Both fit fine -- after adjusting the front straps which secure the mags. The LIMFAC is this: The snaps on the two MOLLE straps are weak and allow easy -- and I mean EASY -- removal of the pouch from the MOLLE webbing. In the wrong situation this could be a real problem.Recommendation re adjusting: If you want to change the length of the straps take it slowly. It is much easier to break the velcro and pull 'em out a bit than to push 'em back in of you tak 'em too far out. They adjust nicely -- just don't move too fast in doing so.Bottom line: If the buyer's use for this product is to hang 'em on the outside of a range bag, rating should be five stars. If one was to wanna use them in a real tactical environment, well, maybe two stars. (Would be better if they did not buy their snaps from JoAnn Fabrics. ;<) ) It's nicely designed and constructed -- and it which may be excellent or unsatisfactory depending on one's use.

I use these for 8 of my mags so I can toss them into my range bag and not have to worry about them banging around and getting scratched up. If I was the tacticool type or taking some tactical classes they would work great strapped on a belt, or even for concealed carry if you felt the need to carry a couple extra mags. I only knocked one star off because even though I ordered 4 at the same time, they came in two different sizes. Two of them have very long Velcro over straps and the other two are much shorter, hardly fitting over longer mags

The quality to price ratio is fantastic. No complaints there. I have an HK VP9 and the mags fit nice and snug but still able to pull them out when needed without any problems. Velcro straps are very sturdy and the molle points where all in spec. Nice and solid attachment. The shipping was fast as well. Unfortunately, I did not the pattern that was pictured for the mag pouches I had ordered. Check black, black mag pouches come up. Check coyote and coyote comes up. Check ACU and ACU comes up... You get the point. When I cooked on this the photo was multi can. That's what I wanted. But I received A-tacs instead. Now multi cam is not listed but A-Tacs is. But the picture for the A-Tacs is still multi cam. I do not fault the pouches for this. If it was the right pattern I would have given a solid 4 star review and been a very happy camper. I will contact amazon and hopefully exchange these for the pattern I was looking for.

I have been buying Voodoo Tactical pouches for a number of years now. They are quality made and magazines fit great in them. I own more expensive magazine pouches from big brand high speed low drag company's as people like to call them. I honestly don't see much of a difference outside of the price. I put two of these double magazine pouches on my molle backpack that I bought for over night trips.

I've been using this for a few months now for air soft and the gun rang and i am very happy with the way this fits and how durable it is. For airsoft i play mostly out doors and beat this thing up. it holds true.

these are good quality standard mag pouches. I use them on my chest rig and put my stock 7 round 1911 mags in them and they fit biut its tight. these will not fit anything larger. So no chip mccormic mags. they are too long. other than that they are great and work just as well as all the other mag pouches out there.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a leather Galco holster that is perfect for my 92 but no room for extra mags. I dinged it one star due to the snaps fitting loose. I will fix this with some thin tape on the snap to tighten it up. It fits my Beretta 92FS mags perfectly.It is made well with elastic to hold mags tight. I would buy again.

Voodoo make some pretty decent stuff and this is good quality however the camo is a waste of effort. All the flaps are olive drab so that's what you see
