Once this pandemic hit I did my research on the most potent elderberry I could find and this was it. I’m that person who always has a cold or gets really sick all the time. Unfortunately I did catch COVID-19 but I must say if it wasn’t for using these products for the past 9 months including the oregano oil immune support pills by Gaia I don’t think I would of recovered. I had very mild symptoms my body fought it off right away. I had a very low fever for half of the night. I ended up loosing my sense of smell and taste right after that. Got tested right away once I noticed I had no senses I ran to the doctors the next morning. My doctor did a check up on me. She took my temperature, listened to my lungs. She was also shocked on how normal my blood pressure was and how it looked like nothing ever happened. I must say for a person who suffered from chronic asthma when I was younger and always getting sick , YES I do recommend these products. Of course I do take my Vitamin C , Zinc but I must say these products do work. This is added to my daily routine in the morning. Table spoon a day helps COVID stay away that’s what I tell myself every morning. YES buy this product but consistently take this re-buy and you’ll see results.

I rely on Gaia elderberry syrup on a regular basis. My previous experience is the bottle having a much longer shelf life prior to opening. Expiring in a couple of months is no good. UPDATE: The seller Pattern quickly responded and gave me a refund on my purchase. Appreciate their understanding and making it right!

This tastes good enough that I look forward to taking it! Using to boost my immune system and hoping to avoid flu shot this year.Update 12/19: I have now been taking this syrup regularly and I believe it is helping me to avoid illness after being exposed to new viruses. I've been taking it every day because it is winter and the flu is bad this year and I'm not able to take the flu shot due to immune deficiency. With my immune issues, if I get sick it is much hard for me to recover that most people. I was exposed to the flu and started feeling like I was coming down with it, so I started taking more of this, 2 teaspoons at a time up to 3 times a day. It worked! While I felt like I had symptoms of flu, they only lasted about 36 hours and today I actually feel like I beat it. I did also drink a ton of water, take extra vitamin C and eat homemade chicken soup, so perhaps it was the combination, but I do think the Elderberry syrup made a big difference for me. I now set up a subscription to get this every month and will continue to take it daily. Good luck!

I purchased this for my son who is constantly getting sick. It takes him a while to get better and was afraid to have him on medication all the time. His Dr recommended I give him this supplement to support his immune system. I was skeptical at first but I now see that it does really help. It shortens the time he spends being sick. Comes in a glass bottle.Only 5 ingredients. Alcohol freeBlack Elderberry juice, acerola fruit dried extract, organic sugarcane, water and lemon fruit juice .No food colorings, fillers or preservatives and especially no High corn fructose syrup.berry flavor is wonderful. I could eat it if I could. It tastes like some kind of fancy berry syrup you would put on pancakes. I thought about buying the kid version instead but decided to try this one first. My 5 yr old and 2 yr old have no trouble taking this . Sometimes they ask for seconds, of course I say no but I can relate. Instructions say to refrigerate after opening. Syrup is easily pourable even when cold. I am reordering this to have it readily available for this winter. Btw it is way cheaper to buy it on Amazon. I found it twice as much on store shelves.

My family started taking elderberry syrup in hopes of avoiding the flu or getting a milder case of the flu if it happens. We bought 3 different brands. This Gaia, Sambuccol and Wild Woman Naturals. Of the three we tried this was our favorite. The Sambuccol is too sweet and a dose is 2 teaspoons. It tastes like there is so much sugar in it, its overwhelming and hard to get down. The Wild Woman Naturals tastes awful to say the least. I wouldn't even let my kids try that one it was so bad. The Gaia is sweet and reminds me a bit of prune juice, but it doesn't taste bad at all. My 11 year old hates it, but will take it with some begging from his mother, everyone else no problem. I am not ridiculous enough to think that this will prevent us from getting sick this season entirely, but I am hoping for the financial investment I am boosting my families immune system. Fingers crossed.

The Elderberry syrup contains organic elderberry and organic acerola (excellent source of vitamin C).Tastes like berry juice.
