VCB 2 Cube Toy, Black/Multicolor

I am a 2x2x2 speed solver (best time 15 seconds from a full shuffle). I owned a Lan Lan 2x2x2 cube and loved it, but unfortunately lost it while traveling. I ordered the V-cube 2 to replace it based on glowing reviews about how fast it was and how it would never "pop" while speedcubing.....baloney! Even fully siliconized it wasn't 1,2,3 to the Lan Lan. It was very light feeling, it cornered poorly, and the square centers would catch and overlap frequently....I was so disappointed that even after mods I gave up on it and swapped it for another Lan Lan. I also subsequently bought a Type C WitTwo 2x2x2. Both of those cubes completely blew the V-cube 2 away. In my impression they are the two best 2x2x2's on the market, each uniquely different and special. The Lan Lan is very tight, smooth and extremely fast.....ideal for a technically fast and accurate speedsolver (especially when well-lubed). Unfortunately my first WitTwo arrived (not from Amazon) missing an internal part and would easily explode during speedsolving, leaving me with very poor first impressions. But its internal mechanism was quite sophisticated and promising, so I replaced it(saving the parts from the first cube as spares).....I'm glad I did. The new, correctly assembled WitTwo has proven to be simply amazing. It is extremely flexible, corners insanely well, never pops, clicks nicely into positions, and is just as fast as the Lan Lan when well-lubricated. I am very sloppy with my fat fingers so the WitTwo works perfectly for me. However, I also love the Lan Lan because it is smooth and precise, demanding better fingering dexterity. The WitTwo is almost three times the cost of the Lan Lan but it is really a more sophisticated product, well-worth the price. The Lan Lan is generally quite cheap and an overal great, reliable, and strong cube which works well for precise speedsolving (I use a modified Ortega technique and Karu lube as described in detail on many U tube videos). I just don't see any reason to purchase the V-cube 2. It is too expensive and over-engineered for a first 2x2x2 buyer, and too clunky and unsophisticated for speed solving. Buy either the Lan Lan or the WitTwo Type C and you'll be happy you did.

I got this cube in 3-4 days and it turned great out of the box.I would recomend to anyone whos starting out. It can pop if you are too hard. Overall a great cube. I would recommend a zanchi for a faster experience.

This was my first 2x2 cube and it doesnt fall apart, or lock up but its not lubed at all which make it harder to turn and corner cut. Also some pieces are hollow and some are not,which bothers me

Love the sticker colors here, and it turns reasonably well, however corner cutting is very poor. Nice to look at, but not a speed solver. I'd only recommend it in order to fill out a V-Cube collection.

This puzzle was a great puzzle, much better than the eastsheen and rubiks brand. It turned pretty well out of the box, I haven't lubricated it yet. But overal, a very good speed cube to get.

Nice product, the "V-cubes" are much better than "Rubik's cubes". If you want a cube that turns easily and looks really nice, this is a good brand that's worth the price. The 2x2x2 cube is easier than the 3x3x3, but they are still a lot harder than you would suspect! Good for people who like puzzle games.

the quality was okay.the puzzle is very nice,but i lubed it anyway.I gave it a 3 because i could do any finger tricks because the egdes were too sharp and thick.I don't recommend this cube for speed cubing

it's good as i expected. I moves very smoothly. I really like it. if I buy another cube I'll choose same company.

Perfect every time from V-cube

This cube has lovely colours and a really smooth action. It is an enjoyable speed solve. :-) Worth the price

ich hatte mir den Würfel geholt, um meine Sammlung zu vervollständigen, aber auch natürlich um mir mit ihm Langweile zu vertreiben.Er ist allerdings auch nicht so leicht, wie man es sich zuerst vorstellt. Allerdings hat V-Cube eine kleine Anleitung beigelegt, in der gezeigt wird, wie man den Würfel in 7 Schritten lösen kann. Wenn man etwas lernfaul ist, braucht man sich auch nur 2 einfache Algorithmen merken und der Rest löst sich durch rumprobieren.Der Würfel lässt sich einfach drehen, hat aber wenig Fehlertoleranz. Schon ab 2mm Fehldrehung verhakt der Würfel sich schon (bei etwa der Größe vom 3x3 Würfel), ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das beim Speedcuben hinderlich sein kann.

Prodotto ben fatto, scorrevole e ben definito.Ha chi ha il 3x3, consiglio di fare anche questa esperienza, anche se all'apparenza sembra molto facile la soluzione.Certo io sono alle prime armi, e sto imparando a risolvere anche il 4x4 e il 5x5.Buon divertimento.

Ottimo prodotto per iniziare ad avvicinarsi al cubo di Rubik più tradizionale. Articolo ben assemblato e scorrevole nei movimenti, molto funzionale x l'esercizio manuale..
