This is great as a stand to put the washing up on as the ridges are high and will not leave you items sitting in water. if you can do a bit here and a bit there and leave to air dry you will not need to dry them after a bit of time drying on the side. The plate rack is a little unsteady but this is likely down to the weight of our dinner plates as it tries to push the arms out when you rest a plate in them, We have heavy Denby plates and after 2 stood up in this it will not hold any more and will collapse. Smaller and lighter plates and bowls are perfectly fine.

very nice, easy to clean and folds flat which is a bonus. so much better than the metal ones that start to rust after a short time

I like this because it’s small and minimal. It forces me to dry the dishes and put them away instead of being lazy and leave them out for ages, so my kitchen is much tidier. it’s easy to clean as the ribs are wide enough to pass a cloth with a finger, I dry it every night in a minute, and it doesn’t get crusty and dirty like the tray in my old one. the texture of the plastic base feels like a non stick pan, so the water slides away as soon as you tip it a little to the side and any lime scale comes off easily. the feet are just a little too low for my sink’s edge, so I had to stick felt pads underneath but now it’s perfect. I would give it 5 stars if the rack were detachable for cleaning, but unfortunately it’s fixed so drying underneath the base is a bit fiddly.

Bought on the 22nd of April, so I feel like I’ve had enough time to draw my conclusion. It’s simple and makes washing dishes that much easier. The water does drain off well, it’s sturdy and the plate holder bits are holding up. I know from other reviewers that some people struggle with limescale, I live in North London, so the water is hard, I do get limescale, but it’s nothing that limescale remover can’t remove (the M&S one is the best), I aim to deep clean it every week and it looks like new. You will have to experiment how best to lay glasses/mugs to dry the best, it’s just figuring out what works for you. I use it everyday and it has been great, looks like new and easy to clean. 10/10

This is a very good idea, I love the fact that you can lay the plate rack down when not in use. It’s not big, only meant for a few plates, cups etc, but sturdy enough to take quite heavy plates. Great for confined spaces. Easy to wash and clean. I would have preferred the material of the tray to be a little more flexible, as it rocks slightly where it has been slightly twisted. But other than that another excellent product from Joseph Joseph. Yes I would recommend.

The angle is non-existent. Water ends up sat in the drip tray area until you tip it away.

looks like a neat design but I've had two of these and they have both broken, the plate supports are not fit for purpose and are just not engineered properly - they snap very easily, leaving you with just a flat plastic drainer pretty useless especially for the money. Additionally the drainage area and underside are not easy to clean, particularly a problem in harder water areas, makes you wonder if they ever test these products or just draw a CAD design and send it to China for manufacture - very poor for a brand that aims more up-market.

what a shame there are not more stars, this is fabulous and I love it. Well made, makes everything look neat and tidy, I think this is the best thing I have bought off Amazon. Good price, a little more but then mats tend to go slimy and I was forever scrubbing mine to keep it clean, this is a doddle to keep clean and smart. So highly recommended it's great.

After years of draining hand washed items on the counter around the edge of the sink, this Joseph Joseph drainboard is perfect! It is easy to store, the flip up rack increases its' efficiency, it has ample draining space and as a bonus. it is attractive. I am very happy with this drainboard.

Par manque de place je recherchais un petit egouttoir avec possibilités d'y mettre assiettes, couvercles etc.. Il est réglable, peu encombrant et me bac de récupération permet que la vaisselle sèche mieux.

Not as thick as you might expect it to feel though lmao It's definitely a nice drip tray- i suspect that the hinge for the plate holders may eventually wear out, but by the time it does you're probably intending to freshen your kitchen up w a new look anyways.
