Do not buy, these blinds are absolute garbage, super thin and even though I got the dark navy blue you could see right through them. I bought them to replace my current vertical blinds which are of a great quality and these would have been a massive downgrade. Once purchased they have a 'no return as they're made to measure policy' which means they can churn out whatever trash they want and there's nothing you can do about it! Notified Amazon of my unhappiness and they insisted on running an a to z claim even though I just wanted to notify them of the quality being sold. The minute the claim went through Alan who I have to say is one of the most abrasive and rude people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with started his relentless threats of 'speak to my debt collectors who will recoup my £15 plus add costs of there own' and so today I've relented and said that I will return the blinds (at my own cost) back to them and they can shove em. Unreal customer service. Buy at your own peril.

WOW, I’m so pleased with these fantastic blind slats. They arrived so quickly and look absolutely stunning, they’ve made such a difference to look of the windows and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m going to order some for the kitchen next.

I wanted to replace some ageing blinds from the previous occupier that to be honest were long past their shelf life. I didn't want to pay a fortune and wanted them to be plain with no pattern. These are available in a variety of different colours and I went for the lighter Grey colour.I specified the quantity and the drop length I required and these were made to measure and delivered in less than a week. They came fitted with everything required to install them to an existing blind rail and were very easy to fit.I am extremely pleased with them, they have made the two rooms look a whole lot better than with the previous blinds.If I have anything negative at all to say then it would be that two of the blinds came slightly damaged. One had slight damage the the edge of the blind and the other had a bit of a blemish. Because of the way that these are packaged and delivered I suspect both occurred during manufacturing. luckily, because you have to purchase in quantities of five I had two spares which I simply swapped out for the damaged ones.I would definitely purchase these same blinds again though and I will probably be doing one of the bedrooms and the bathroom in the near future.

I was a bit unsure on the ordering process of these blinds as you pay for them first then let the seller know what colour and length and the amount of slates you need .the only thing i can say was i ordered 26 slats and recieved 25 but thinking about it the amounts go up in multiples of 5 so i think i should of ordered 30 but its not a problem they still look great .can really reccomend these blinds from the material quality to the colour and price .will certainly purchase off them again .

I was dismayed on opening package to find the first slat had no top hanger in it. After faffing around and fitting an old slat from another old blind I discovered that they had in fact sent 21 slats joined together instead of the 20 slats ordered. Bit odd. This meant I had to remove one slat by cutting the plastic chain and and then I could hang the 20 slats quite easily. length was good and they look nice and block out light when closed being a dark colour. Not the same quality as the old slats I was replacing. Quite thin and bendy but considering the price and not having to go to trouble of getting someone in to re fit a new complete set up worth the money. Clearly the company needs to check the number of blinds better or it is going to cost them a lot if each customer gets an extra slat. Worked out in the end.

I was really unsure about ordering in bemuda black as we have a huge sized window & I was worried that they may be too dark. However, I loved that I could get these made to size in a large quantity of slats so decided to just go for it ... My order arrived so quickly and the quality is beautiful ... These are not black out blinds so I'm thrilled as there's enough light coming through them that it's not as dramatic as I thought it would be. An extra added is that all the extra bits n bobs come with it.As an extra note ... living right on the main road has been problematic especially with my children - 2 of whom are autistic ... but my son has actually been coming into our front room for family time more since having these up as they are soothing on the eyes and he doesnt have to deal with the hussle and bustle outside ... we love them and will certainly be a returning customer ... now onto the rest of the house 😃

Excellent value and fab quality so much cheaper than whole new blinds. The inserts are all ready to clip straight in Inc hooks and chains. I have now used this company 3 times as so impressed!

The colour looks good, not particularly thick but great for the price. They come ready to hang and they’re easy to fit.The only thing I’m not to happy about is the stitching. It’s a bit messy in places and it’s white, the blinds are dark grey so it shows. Using a similar colour of thread as the blinds would have looked much better.They arrived quickly and were well packaged.I would recommend these.
