quality,comfort,value
Taking it on a hike tomorrow will send report soon as I get back,Back from hike!4 days 38 miles 6000 vertical climb rain for 3 of the days.Pad takes up a bit more space so was strapped on my pack is a bit heavier also but having a 30in wide pad helps much to keep your sleeping bag dry and warm. The 1in thickness seamed a little skinny but to my surprise along with the insulation turning on my side or my elbow never touched the ground,so over all it was nice to have the wide and comfort.P.S. releasing the valve and doing something else before blowing a few extra breaths into it for personal comfort made for and easy set up.So far it's a winner for me.Ernie

Pad is not 1.8" thick as advertised but, it feels like a durable product.
I received this on October 2, opened the box and started a pre-hike prep work by inflating it for the first time. I added air until it was firm and I left it this way for several hours. I returned to add all the air that I possibly get in without using a pump of any type and then I let it sit all night. The next morning I again added all the air I could possible get into the pad without mechanical support and then I started testing by lying on it. At 6'5" 280#, it was plenty long and wide enough. I had high hopes that this would be the pad I could use for my overnight hikes. As I rolled over on my side, I felt the floor below me with my hip. I knew I could not use it at that point. It didn't seem to be almost 2" thick so I measured the pad. I measured the main part at 1.27" and that does not include the small spots that stick out on both sides. It felt durable and sturdy but for me it just would not work for tent camping. It could be a very good pad if I were a hammock camper.

Stood by their product.
I bought this sleeping Pad in 2018. I used this sleeping Pad for 2, 7 day trips and 1, 4 day trip. I weigh 210 and sleep on my side most of the time. This pad when inflated supported me very well. On the last trip though it developed a leak in one of the fold areas near the valve. I still had good insulation and was able to sleep but was not quite as comfortable. when I returned home I contacted the manufacturer and they sent sent me a new pad all I had to do was send them a picture of the old one. Great customer support.

Worth the price
I’m 5’ 10” 195lbs and the xl pad was a great size. It packs down okay and the inflated pressure held each night on a four night canoe trip. I found that it helped greatly to unroll the pad and let it “refind” itself for a bit before airing up after having it rolled up and deflated for transport. It wasn’t slippery or noisy once a sleeping bag was put on top. It’s reasonably comfortable for a 1.5” pad

Adequate for the intended use
I found this pad to be somewhat less than what the company portrays. It is well built but not quite the 1.8 inches thick stated in the description. I found my hips would completely compress the pad to where they were touching the ground. No matter how much I inflated it. I would only recommend this pad if a person was looking for a cheap alternative to a more expensive pad.

Very pleased, very durable, compact and comfortable.
The media could not be loaded. Great for camping, very comfortable an plenty of space for me (a chubby 5’ 9” male) material feels really durable and the self inflating foam example quickly. The air valve an bag are a nice touch to keep the unit compact when not in use. Great product!

no longer self inflating.
So bummed. Liked it on the first trip. By the second one. It was no longer self inflating. Then, I was rolling it into the carry bag & the bag ripped! So disappointed!I really wanted to like this

Large and well constructed
I've tried this out the past two nights and I can't tell you how pleased I am. This sleeping pad is not like the other inflatable pads I have from TNH. Those are built more like an inflatable pool raft. This pad is thinner, made of tougher material that I feel would be hard to puncture. And being thinner doesn't mean it doesn't provide good support. I believe this would keep the transfer of cold air away better than the other type also. This pad is simple to inflate, and it is very big. I'm 6'2" and don't hang off. Packed away it is bigger than other pads, so depending what you might be carrying in a hiking backpack for overnight camping this would take up more room. But for getting out of the truck and setting up a tent or putting in a hammock this thing will do the trick better than any other pad I've tried.TNH makes great products and I highly recommend everything they sell.Thank you, and have a nice camping/hiking day!
