    DO NOT THAW. All appliances vary in performance. These are the guidelines. Adjust time according to your particular oven. Always check that the food is hot before serving. If not, re-heat for a further brief period, until hot. 
 - Microwave (650watt) 
 - Remove the tray from the outer packaging and pierce the film with a fork. Place the tray in the microwave and cook on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back the film and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of water on the rice and mix lightly. Re-cover the film and heat on full power for another 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Mix biryani lightly and serve hot.
