Wright WR 35 Microphone Stand for Dyanamic and Condenser Microphone

Its a great product but the grip gets damage after some uses and the rubber grip get sticks on the table it gets worst and worst till its all gone and after all those mechanism starts working neutrally its a very very very good and value for money product.

I have been using this product for more than 2 months now and it has held up my Blue Snowball quite well so far. Assembly was very straight forward. I unscrewed the bottom of the mic holder and screwed the bottom to Snowball (as shown in pictures). After that, I was able to screw Snowball directly to the place where mic holder was supposed to be screwed. To my surprise this mic stand is able to hold the weight of the Snowball quite well (occasionally it needs to be tightened). My pop filter is attached directly to the arm and the space between the arm is used for holding the wires.Problem :About a month or few weeks ago, this stand became increasingly unstable due the foam being slowly removed (picture given) and mic stand wasn't properly getting attached to my table. So I removed the foam and now it is working.

While the clamp to hold this to the tabletop is pretty flimsy, it does not come loose or buckle under the weight.I use a fairly heavy microphone and there is also a goose-neck pop filter that gets attached to this. Everything stays secure and does not move around.The clamp is dampened with rubber grips on the inside so as to lessen any vibration from reaching the mic even more.The springs are noiseless and so are the hinges. The connector that came with it is very well made and of heavy duty thick plastic. But since my mic came with its own connectors, I am using that instead.All in all its a very good deal for the price. Its very cheap for the function and I am very happy with this.Highly recommended for any desktop use. Especially if you are going to keep a laptop or the CPU on the same table as this arm stand, then this is a good choice to hold the mic as well as keep the noise down to a minimum.

It is a good mic but picks up so much noise in every frequency and am unable to filter it even after using settings in fl studio. I'd suggest you to buy from maono or fifine in this range.

I'm just starting off with building a home studio and got this for my setup.For the price, i was keeping my expectations low so not to be disappointed but the stand itself came well packed, without any scratches or mishaps. Looks premium with a good paint finish too. The plastics used seem durable and should last per what I see. All in all, if you don't have a table fit for a table based stand, this is a good buy. (Although i don't know how the table clamp stands are.)No issue of height, it extends way more than you require.The base is steady and it has two spots for mounting your microphone, one on the base rod which is attached to the base, and the other on the swinging movable top rod. I'm pretty happy about it. Not waiting for my next package of a pop filter and a condenser mic from the same company. Lets see how those turn up.Hope my review helped anyone doing research.

This review is revised on 19.12.2017. I reported my problems to the seller and they assured to send me an updated Mount Clamp within a month, which I received today. I am posting five pics (new one is indicated by a red arrow) wherein difference between old and new clamps can be seen clearly. The new clamp design is much better and now the stand feels rugged. With this new clamp, this stand is highly recommended. VFM product.Old review (wrote on 22.10.2017): While fixing the stand on my table, it was noticed that the body of stand doesn't snugly fit within the clamp provided. Though I tried to tighten the same in the clamp, but the entire stand shakes freely and it appears that, if pulled, it will come out very easily. Thus, I am worried about my microphone mounted on the same.I am attaching four pics of the joint, which seems very flimsy.

The media could not be loaded. Please do not buy this product. I bought this after reading the reviews where it says they have updated their mounting clamp system.However, I got a very flimsy clamping system, so when I try to change position of the arm, the whole thing just comes off.Otherwise the actual arm was nice for the price.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and contacted their customer service to ask if they can just send me the updated clamp, I also provided pictures of the old clamp I recieved.However, their customer service is extremely unprofessional and horrible. Instead of a solution, they just keep saying "its ur wish".A poor product combined with a poor customer servive means one who totally advoid this company. I'd much rather pay a few 100 bucks extra to avoid this hassle. Completely dissapointed.Hence, I'll just be returning this product.
