I’m running only one sock on a 90 gal and the sock handles it with no problem. Overall, these are nice and thick. 3) Performance. Like any sock, these polish water. But do so without becoming easily clogged. Compared to other socks there is a noticeable difference. The best filter sock for the money

Been using these socks now for over six months and they seem to do a great job of capturing debris from my 365 gallon salt water reef tank. I’m very curious to see how long they will be usable but right now very happy!

UPDATE: 10/10 would recommend to anyone! These filters have lasted longer than filters I have gotten from other aquarium suppliers, they clean the easiest, always turn back to white, and filter the aquarium water with ease. I use bleach to wash them which can cause wear and tear on the fabric, and I can honestly say these filters haven’t degraded one bit after multiple months of use and cleaning. Just ordered another set and will continue to do so as needed! ————————— I use these on my saltwater tank and they work great! They are the shorter socks so take note that they will fill up with waste and debris a bit quicker opposed to a longer sock, but they still last a few days before having to change then which is fine. I ended up buying another package so I could have plenty extra without having to constantly wash socks. To clean them i put them in a 5 gallon bucket with hot water, bleach, and a small pump for a few hours. Rinse and soak in some de-chlorinator and they are ready to reuse.

Fit fine on proclear 90

I have 2 of these socks and have had them long enough to use them once and wash them once. I have a 2 sock sump filter on a 75gal. reef tank. I replace the socks once a week. These socks performed great in their filter capacity. No complaints. I washed them in the washing machine, no soap, small amount of bleach, (as I always do with my socks), and they held up fine. Small amount of fuzz after washing but I think that is typical of a new sock. The material and workmanship of these socks are good. I will update this review in a few weeks with relevant information.

These socks are excellent quality, at least 50% thicker than the Ehopps equivalents. I'll certainly try machine-washing these as they suggest. Wouldn't consider doing that with the Ehopps.
